Littig
On Sunday, November 29, 2020, Debby and I explored the historic African American community of Littig. Photos are of the Littig Cemetery, south of the community on the east side of Bitting School Road, and of the townsite of Littig.
While at the cemetery, we were joined by my friend, archaeologist Douglas K. Boyd, of Austin, who just happened by at the same time while doing research on homemade African American tombstones.
